Relaxation Zen was created by International Zen master Hung Chi-Sung during a mountain retreat in 1983. It deeply relaxes bodies and minds using the theory of the five elements of the universe: earth, water, fire, air and ether.
By practicing it, physical and mental pressures will be effectively relieved while HQ (Health Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient) will also be enhanced helping to reach a new level of life.
